Make Your New Hire Benefit Elections From Work

  1. Log in to Citrix using your TCH login and password.
  2. Open your Desktop tab.
  3. Find the Lawson – Employee Self Service icon.
  4. Open Lawson – Employee Self Service and log in using your Citrix username and password.
  5. Select Bookmarks > Employee Self-Service > Benefits > New Hire Elections.

Make Your New Hire Benefit Elections From Home

  1. Open your internet browser and launch Citrix.
  2. If Citrix is not already installed on your Mac or PC home computer, it will prompt you to install the software. Follow the instructions on the screen or call the TCH Helpdesk at (513) 585-HELP (4357). If Citrix is already installed, it will launch the Citrix Desktop.
  3. Log in to Citrix using your TCH login and password.
  4. Open your Desktop tab.
  5. Find the Lawson – Employee Self Service icon.
  6. Open Lawson – Employee Self Service and log in using your Citrix username and password.
  7. Select Bookmarks > Employee Self-Service > Benefits > New Hire Elections.

Important Deadlines and Effective Dates of Coverage

If you are a new employee or have a recent qualified event you have 30 days from your date of hire or qualified event to make your benefit elections. To make your benefit elections:

New Hires: Click the Lawson – Employee Self Service icon on your Citrix Desktop and launch the Lawson – Employee Self Service application.

Qualified Events: Complete the paper benefit election form you received in your communications that notified you of your benefit eligibility.
