The TCHHN Tuition Reimbursement Program is closed for the year. You may apply in the Spring of 2018 for the Summer/Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 Semesters.
Who is Eligible?
All benefits eligible employees are eligible for the Standard Tuition Reimbursement Program, whether you are in a full-time or part-time budgeted position.
When Do I Apply?
Employees interested in pursuing acceptance in the tuition reimbursement program are required to complete the following 2 steps by February 28, 2018:
- Submit a tuition request e-Form for Summer/Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 semesters through our current online tool using the instructions in the pdf link: http://mytch.tchhn.org/Departments/HR/Benefits/Documents/Tuition%20eForm%20Access%20Instructions.pdf This guarantees managers are aware of the request and confirms that the employee is in good standing. This submission does not mean the employee's request is approved.
- Complete an Education plan for Summer/Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 semesters online at http://3apps.tchhn.org/teams/web/Benefits/_layouts/15/start.aspx#/
Please note: Paper forms will not be accepted.
Online submissions and education plans will be evaluated by a review committee that will provide priority to those in clinical roles, especially employees currently pursuing RN to BSN programs and employees who are in programs to help advance their growth within The Christ Hospital. Applicants will be notified via TCH email whether approved or not approved for the program.
February 28, 2018 Tuition Request e-Form and Education Plans due - You must submit both for the coming year.
Late March/Early April Applicants notified of their Tuition Reimbursement status
