You are eligible for Short-Term Disability after 180 days of continuous service if you are a full-time or part-time employee.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
Long-Term Disability coverage provides 60 percent of your base pay after 180 days of disability (upon approval of your disability claim), up to $10,000.

An FML eligible employee has worked for at least one year and worked 1,250 hours in the past 12 months.
FML is an unpaid leave, but may run concurrently with the Short-Term Disability coverage and/or you may use Paid Time Off.
Under the statute, a spouse is defined as anyone to whom you are legally married, whether opposite sex or same sex. Civil unions are not considered legal marriages under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
